I can't say enough about the high quality of customer service we received recently when our vehicle had a major factory parts failure. The initial decision was that the parts failure was going to not be service we received recently when our vehicle had a major factory parts failure. The initial decision was that the parts failure was going to not be covered but the vehicle only had about35,000 miles on it. Needless to say we had serious concerns and told our service rep Jen about it. She took the time research our warranty and went out of her way to double check our warranty once again. The end result is that our warranty did actually cover the defective parts and we paid nothing for our repairs. In addition, when we picked up our van the service manager Russ came out to speak with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with my repair. Took my Chevy traverse to get the suspension fixed . Spent $1000 of dollars and it’s not fixed . I have called Russ the Manger several times leaving messages with no return call .
