Gary took the time to show me the options on payments and leasing vs buying. Never once did I feel pressured or felt like I was being "tricked" into something I didn't want. I never made it to the other dealers because I found what I wanted there, the price was great and the whole experience was very calming. The car is awesome. My husband and I just purchased our first Lexus, an RX 350. From the moment we set foot in the dealership, each and every person was very nice and accommodating. We were in the market for about a month and once we experienced the Lexus dealership, we knew this would be the vehicle for us. On our test drive, Todd and David were very, very knowledgeable about the suv and neither of them were pressuring or "salesy" ...we appreciated this so much. Other places really put the heat on after a test drive and it just was aggravating, making the whole process annoying. At Lexus, we never felt uneasy..the buying process from start to finish was wonderful. Everyone was warm and inviting, and we were repeatedly asked if we needed anything or had questions. The dealership itself is very nice too, very clean, and comfortable. We would like to commend everyone there for doing a great job...even the employees we did not actually meet greeted us with smiles.
