My onlu complaint is your shop fees for work out of warranty. I recently brought my jeep there for repairs. And i ended up getting the repairs done almost 1400.00 cheaper. Horrible experience. Had to take my truck back here again for def issues. Continuous regen. Took it in on tue got it back on thursday, picked it up and it was doing the Had to take my truck back here again for def issues. Continuous regen. Took it in on tue got it back on thursday, picked it up and it was doing the exact same thing that it was doing when I dropped it off. They only put a recall sensor in it and gave it right back to me. Took it right back to them on Friday. And it just sat there. Advisors never called me back everytime I called they had no info on my vehicle. My vehicle was just sitting there.Contacted the GM twice still no help. Ended up having to contact ram care. Dealer told me that it would take 3 weeks for the parts to come in and then about a week to do the repairs. Not to mention it was back in the shop for the same thing that they previously supposed to have repaired. (Def system which is a whole other conversation about the 2022 3500 ram def system)After contacting ram care they got my truck ready in THREE DAYS. I don’t know how they did that but thanks to Ram Care they got it done. Will never ever revisit this dealership.Ever. More
