Purchased over priced oil change deal, then was informed they would not honor the 2nd oil change because I had traded in the Jeep. No attempt made to compromise just informed me I am out $75. I took my 2018 Chrysler Pacifica in for a problem of a severe rumbling noise and a very strong drag on the engine. Also, made a very hard clunking noise and jerk when shifting gears. Their code testing showed only something fuel tubing sensors were bad and my motor mounts were broke. After waiting nine days for the repair work and paying for their rental car the whole time. I paid $3150.00 and, on the way, home my van had the very same problem as described above. Since they did not correctly fix the problem, I am going to another repair shop. Extremely disappointed. I bought a used Jeep Renegade. I was told it would have a 3 month warranty. I called and had my jeep back in on March 23rd. There was an issue with the blue tooth, rattling noise from the rear view mirror, the black button on passenger side wasn't working.and needed the day light bulb that needed to be changed. I didn't get it back u til April 10th. Guess what I called them back on the 11th because my passenger window was not rolling back up and it was whistling. I was told the warranty didn't cover the windows. I was a mean and I'll admit that. However I already paid a car payment and basically have to get my window fix out of my pocket? More
