To tell the story of your Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram dealership properly, we must take a journey back to 1966 in Michigan. Here, our family-owned business was first founded by Ralph Mahalak Sr. and known to locals as Monroe Dodge.
Over the last 50 years, our customer-focused dealership has gradually expanded to as far as Winter Haven, FL, which is where the story of Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven began in 1991.

To contribute to the 97 Country St. Jude Radiothon, our dealership donated the funds collected from test drives and oil changes and put them toward St. Jude’s efforts to find a pediatric cancer cure.
As a result of our team’s goal to serve the community, we were able to provide this renowned hospital with thousands of dollars in donations. We consider this achievement as a testament to the many ways in which we put our community first.

I am glad for this opportunity to express my feelings. Joe Gagnon was the salesman that greeted me as I walked through the doors. My salesperson, Allen Peacock, was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and described in detail all of the options available on each car I test drove. Fabian was and absolute joy to work with. He was friendly, easy going and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. He took me on a few test drives and was ve friendly, easy going and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions honestly. He took me on a few test drives and was very helpful without being aggressive. He let me go home and think about it. I had been looking to purchase a car for a while but I was always turned away at other dealers by pushy salesmen. There were no surprises. I got a great price and a fair amount for my trade in. Fabian even set up my blue tooth for my new Jeep. I came in for an oil change a couple days ago and my son accidentally spilled some juice all over my back seat. I was attempting to clean it up myself when Fabian was kind enough to detail my truck himself. It took him a while but he got the stain out and even though it may seems like a small thing it meant a lot. Just knowing he would take the time out of his busy day to help me was awesome and he has won a customer for life. That is what is different about Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Winter Haven . You come in and feel welcome and the customer service is great before, during and after the purchase. I will make sure to return to for my next purchase and recommend it to my friends and family. Allen tuned in on what we were looking for and brought us a Jeep Compass for our first test drive. He must have a 6th sense on selecting the right vehicle for customers because we were SOLD before we made i a Jeep Compass for our first test drive. I had the greatest Salesman! He was very helpful and thorough. When we didn't find something I liked on day one, he said he'd search and call and he actually did! I did have a few complaints with the finance/warranty side of things (took two weeks to pay off my old loan even though they had the check on my new one, so I accrued interest on 2 car loans and didn't put in my correct information for the warranty). Our salesman, Fabian, was so patient and considerate of us buying our first new car. We kept going back and forth to different dealers trying to find a better deal then Fabian offered and we couldn't find us buying our first new car. I must have been the worst customer that Winter Haven Dodge has experienced, because I was so stubborn, that I would have given up on myself long ago. But they kept trying to make me happy and satisfied, that I just had to buy a car from them. Not only did they make it easy for me to buy a car, I came back and bought another car 6 months later from Fabian. I have told friends about Winter Haven Dodge, who also made purchases there. Fabian was wonderful and patient, he helped us find the right car for us dispite our hesitations with purchsing a new vehicle and having car payments. He spent hours and days and weekends helping us make right car for us dispite our hesitations with purchsing a new vehicle and having car payments. He spent hours and days and weekends helping us make the right decision, even on his busiest days we were not invisible to him and he continued to show wonderful customer service even when it seemed there would be no sale for him at all. They had a space for my children to play, and offered subway sandwiches while wating for results. Fabian even offered to take cash out of his own pocket to purchase sodas form the vending machine. Our experience was so positive that we decided to purchase another vehicle three months after the first purchase, and thanks to Fabian's customer service skills the second time was a breeze due to the trust and care he established. Fabian has earned my loyalty and will be my go to in the future. More
