To tell the story of your Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram dealership properly, we must take a journey back to 1966 in Michigan. Here, our family-owned business was first founded by Ralph Mahalak Sr. and known to locals as Monroe Dodge.
Over the last 50 years, our customer-focused dealership has gradually expanded to as far as Winter Haven, FL, which is where the story of Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven began in 1991.

To contribute to the 97 Country St. Jude Radiothon, our dealership donated the funds collected from test drives and oil changes and put them toward St. Jude’s efforts to find a pediatric cancer cure.
As a result of our team’s goal to serve the community, we were able to provide this renowned hospital with thousands of dollars in donations. We consider this achievement as a testament to the many ways in which we put our community first.

Both very friendly and helpful. Joe Gagnon was very knowledgable and will be an excellent mentor for Joe ? the trainee. Joe worked hard to make a deal for us with a payment that was acceptable. I am glad for this opportunity to express my feelings. Joe Gagnon was the salesman that greeted me as I walked through the doors. My Husband had recently passed away, and I needed a car, and was so afraid Joe Gagnon was the salesman that greeted me as I walked through the doors. When my husband, Wayne & I decided to trade in our 2003 When my husband, Wayne & I decided to trade in our 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan, we started our search at a Dodge dealership closer to our home. Th When my husband, Wayne & I decided to trade in our 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan, we started our search at a Dodge dealership closer to our home. The initial salesperson at Winter Haven Chrysler Dodge was having a difficult time finding us a deal on a new van, and brought in "Redd". Redd was very honest and after hearing exactly what we were looking for and the price range we HAD to stay within, worked hard to ensure we left the dealership with a new vehicle. The 2010 Town & Country he found for us was a little over our price range. Redd worked the numbers on a 2010 Dodge Caravan and gave us a call a day or two later & said it was ours if we still wanted it. We just needed to pick which color we wanted. Upon arriving at the dealership, Redd went around back to drive the two Caravans around, so we could choose which color we wanted. He instead pulled around the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country. He explained that the Sales Manager had worked the numbers on the Town & Country, and was going to stick with the deal. The dealership offered us an amazing trade-in allowance for our 2003 Caravan. It was a deal we could not walk away from. The finance department was very helpful as well. Overall, this was by far the best car buying experience we have ever had. As many people claim (as we had also), going car shopping is worse than getting your teeth pulled at the dentist. We no longer feel this way. We in fact have had several people comment on our new van & we are quick to point out the dealership & salesperson who assisted us. We hope that other people will be able to walk away feeling as satisfied from their next vehicle purchase. We will be visiting the service dept. for the first time this upcoming week. That is for our first oil change. Oh yeah, they gave us our first oil change as a gift. Chrysler added two more oil changes to that. Between Chrysler, Winter Haven Chrysler Jeep & Dodge, and Redd, we are extemely happy customers. We plan on visiting the dealership in the very near future to purchase a truck for my husband's business. We would not visit any other dealership for this purchase. We will ask for Redd & be able to walk in knowing that he will get us the best possible deal. In todays economic uncertainty it is that type of confidence that will begin to rebuild the economy.
