Over the last 50 years, our customer-focused dealership has gradually expanded to as far as Winter Haven, FL, which is where the story of Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven began in 1991.

To contribute to the 97 Country St. Jude Radiothon, our dealership donated the funds collected from test drives and oil changes and put them toward St. Jude’s efforts to find a pediatric cancer cure.
As a result of our team’s goal to serve the community, we were able to provide this renowned hospital with thousands of dollars in donations. We consider this achievement as a testament to the many ways in which we put our community first.

I first contacted the dealership over a week ago about purchasing a new jeep. I talked with Phil and told him what I had seen on the internet and what I was interested in possibly purchasing. He was very knowledgeable about what I was looking for. He also told me all the specifics of the new jeep over the phone. I was very impressed with his friendliness, honestly, and going above and beyond what I have ever seen a car dealer to do. I made an appointment to look at the automobible I was interested in and when I arrived he already had the vehicle up front and ready for me to check it out. It was super. He was willing to work with the dealership to get me the price I wanted to pay. Everything went smoothly and I left that same day with my new jeep. I would recommend everyone to go see Phil. If anyone can get the deal done he is the one. A top notch saleman and just an all around wonderful person. I had dreaded going to look for a new vehicle but Phil made the entire process easy and not stressful at all. Again, if you are interested in any of their vehicles please be sure to see Phil. I have been going to this dealership for several years for service on my 2008 grand caravan and have always had a good experience with the service department. So, when the manager sent me two letters abo for service on my 2008 grand caravan and have always had a good experience with the service department. So, when the manager sent me two letters about trading it in we went there and spoke with Phil. He found us a van, in the price range we were looking for, went out of his way to procure it for us. The car i wanted is only discounted with no rebate @ all. Putting myself on a downside means a big downpayment to lower down my monthly payments which is unacceptable business to accomplish for myself. If there is any other incentives favorable by my side, i might consider it a good business to happen and makes both sides happy. Let me know where i stand owning this suv i liked. More

I BOUGHT A 2010 CARAVAN FOUR MONTHS AGO. I WAS PROMISED A MANUAL WOOD BE SENT TO ME IN THE MAIL. I HAVE CALLED THREE TIMES AND KEEP GETTING THE SAME PROMISE. DO NOT LIE TO ME. This is an absolute GREAT dealership! We were most fortunate as we walked into W.H.Dodge late one evening and met Joe Gagnon (our Salesperson). He was very, very helpful and he continues to take care of us in all areas of our business whether it be our New Car Sale or our Service needs. He is like one of our family and we will recommend Winter Haven Dodge and Joe to all who ask where we purchased our beautiful, eye catching, outstanding 2010 Jeep Sahara. Just recently we had a problem with our seats and I could not get the repair person (an outside of the dealership warranty repair shop) to understand our work schedule situation. I placed a call to Joe and within 30 minutes it was completely taken care of and he even rented a car for our use while the repairs were being completed. WHAT A GUY! We really appreciated his kindness, understanding, and attention in taking care of us. We will be looking at another new car within the next 12 months and we certainly will go directly to Joe. More
