To tell the story of your Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, and Ram dealership properly, we must take a journey back to 1966 in Michigan. Here, our family-owned business was first founded by Ralph Mahalak Sr. and known to locals as Monroe Dodge.
Over the last 50 years, our customer-focused dealership has gradually expanded to as far as Winter Haven, FL, which is where the story of Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM of Winter Haven began in 1991.

To contribute to the 97 Country St. Jude Radiothon, our dealership donated the funds collected from test drives and oil changes and put them toward St. Jude’s efforts to find a pediatric cancer cure.
As a result of our team’s goal to serve the community, we were able to provide this renowned hospital with thousands of dollars in donations. We consider this achievement as a testament to the many ways in which we put our community first.

Bad Idea Let me get started that the issue im going to talking about is not with the sales guy nor service department its with the sales management! We bought a 2014 dodge charger from this dealership the buying process was quick, we were excited! Now 3 weeks later i take the car back to have a few things checked it still under the 2 month 2k mile warranty! We felt a ruff ride so we decided to have it checked, well it turns out it needs strut tensioners and camber kits and a wheel alignment. Well warranty wont cover mind you ive only had this car for about three weeks and driven less than one 1k miles. I spoke to the sales manager and his response was well thats what you get with buying a used car, your out of luck should have bought a warranty, we didnt make enough money on that car to have it fixed, so they actually knew about this issue before they sold me this vehicle but because there was not enough profit they decided to sell it like that. I was not able to purchase warranty as i had to buy it cash they couldnt added to the financing. So basically this dealership screwed us! And i believe it was done on purpose! I thought this dealership was trustworthy i guess not also the sales manager explained that buying a used car is like gambling you can win or you can loose! I guess buying from Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Winter Haven is a gamble! Btw those were his exact words! More

Love my dealership I was in a car accident in February, and my axial was replaced by an Auto Shop.
