My radio kept rebooting, even though I have the latest program. The manager, Brian, happened to be at the desk and was very nice. The technician, Devon, was AMAZING. I called on 1/31/2024 to schedule my elderly mom's free lifetime oil change. The service department said they would not honor it and that we would have to pay for it now. These new owners are just as awful lifetime oil change. The service department said they would not honor it and that we would have to pay for it now. Service department sucks. Suppose to have extended warranty, however when I went to have my van serviced to find out why my transmission is shifting hard, my warranty wasn't a Suppose to have extended warranty, however when I went to have my van serviced to find out why my transmission is shifting hard, my warranty wasn't active. Service department was suppose to contact me back and they was 3 months ago. Not transmission shifting even worse, losing power at times. More
