Purchased a new 2023 Escalade Sport Platinum out of state and was not happy with the sloppy Cadillac optioned dashcam installation. While visiting family and friends in Clearwater, Dimmitt quickly resolved in less than two hours what two other out of state Cadillac stores refused or were unable to fix. Shawn, Mike, Jack, and Tom went out their way to restore my faith in Cadillac as a luxury brand. I highly recommend this store for outstanding service. If the timing works with my trips, I plan to have Dimmitt perform all the scheduled services on my Cadillac. More

This was my seventh chevrolet but the first time I purchased a car without shopping around or going to the dealership. I had a very difficult situtation wherein I am a full time caregiver for my 95 ye purchased a car without shopping around or going to the dealership. I could no longer get her into my truck safely so it was critical I find and purchase a vehicle she could get in and out of easily in a timely manner.
