Had to stop in without an appointment after noticing a screw in my tire. My Service Consultant Bill Kegan was on vacation. Sheila Lytle assisted me providing outstanding service. Sheila made sure that the tech checked all 4 tires to ensure there were no other issues. During the visit it was discovered that there were 2 warranty items, one a safety issue, needing repair. Sheila explained the issues to me and assured me that my car would not be returned until all was in proper and safe working order.
