I purchased a new Cadillac CTS four years ago and have become familiar with DIMMITT Cadillac service department since that time. I have never had to return for a second attempt to again fix something that was done previously. If the service required lasts for more than a few hours, a rental car is offered so that I am not inconvenienced for the day. From the person who greets you with your work order to the billing office, everyone is most cordial and professional. I have also had reason to deal with the personnel at the body shop and that was also a positive experience. Most of the service on my car has been "under warranty", but I feel that I will be treated most fairly at future service visits. These facts are the main reasons that I will most seriously consider purchasing another Cadillac from Dimmitt. More

I was in the market for a gently used CTS/STS with all the bells and whistles and I met with Jim Smith. Jim would keep me posted and would call me as soon as he would get a vehicle that fit what I was looking for. Diligent, courteous, non pressure and professional is what you'll get when you visit this dealership. I have recommended them to others I know who own Land Rovers (Greg Art's car is actually there being worked on) and even for employment. This past weekend Jamie and I invited a modification to my 98 Range Rover to resolve the fuse box overheating that has worked with measurable results. I hope that John and Jamie are able to take the modification we fabricated and apply to other P38 owners with my same issue. You have a great group of employees!
