Jeff found me the 2026 SUV that was only "arriving in the spring of 2025" in less than 30 days. This dealership understands how to focus on the customer experience vs volume. The finance team also made it a dream, in and out in less than an hour. More
Two weeks ago, I completed a car exchange with this dealership. However, I’ve recently noticed that the loan balance with the bank is higher than expected. Upon reaching out to Naveed Kanchwala from th dealership. However, I’ve recently noticed that the loan balance with the bank is higher than expected. Upon reaching out to Naveed Kanchwala from the finance department, I was informed that an additional tax was added without my prior knowledge or consent. This raises serious concerns about transparency and integrity, as it appears to be an unauthorized charge—potentially done to increase commission earnings. Additionally, I canceled the tire warranty three weeks ago, but the refund has still not been processed to the bank. As a result of this delay, I am incurring additional interest charges, which is completely unacceptable. If these issues are not promptly and appropriately addressed, I will be contacting the dealership’s ownership directly. I strongly believe they may not be aware of what is happening within their finance department. It is truly unfortunate to experience such a lack of professionalism and apparent dishonesty associated with a reputable brand like Cadillac. More
