He was extremely professional, and prepared with our repair and service options, with pricing that made us confident with the direction of our maintenance plan going forward. Brian kept us informed throughout the entire process, and delivered excellent results within the timeline promised and the pricing quoted! Throughout, We were impressed by the thoughtful refreshments and amenities provided in the showroom waiting areas to make your wait very comfortable. Most impressive, however, was the attitude of the entire group employees. They all seemed to anticipate our needs, and all seemed happy to be working there. I'm convinced that employee satisfaction directly manifests customer satisfaction, and this Dimmitt Cadillac dealership has achieved perfection in this regard!

Took a 2023 Escalade into Dimmit Cadillac for service and discussed the service with Brian. Have to say, Brian was the consummate professional. I have other cars that I take in for service at other dealers and the experience is normally hit or miss. Not here. We discussed what I needed to have done, and Brian suggested several options that were available to me. I made the decisions that were relevant to my situation and had the service done. I also have to say the dealership was immaculate and everyone was super helpful. They really take care of the customer here. That goes double for Brian. From now on, when I take the car in, Brian is my go-to guy.
