I can't say enough good about all of the people my wife and I worked with at Dimmitt Cadillac of St. Pete. We had the pleasure of working directly with Harold Lopez on our purchase of our new 2025 escalade and I worked with at Dimmitt Cadillac of St. Pete. We had the pleasure of working directly with Harold Lopez on our purchase of our new 2025 escalade. Mind you, this was a complete over the phone deal. Mr. Lopez kept in touch every step of the way, even on his days off. This process took about 2 weeks, definitely not because of the dealership but a specific circumstance on my side of the deal. They took the specific escalade we wanted and held it for us. I know it is a very sought-after color, but they knew we were going to buy it when available. They never pressured us to make the deal quicker. When it came time to take possession, Mr. Lopez himself delivered it to us at our home 4 hours from the dealership. While here, he sat with my wife until she was completely satisfied that she knew how to use all the options and settings. He even offered his direct number if she has any future questions or forgets how to use a specific feature. In today's time, this is not what you come to expect anymore. However, Dimmitt Cadillac St. Pete delivered an amazing deal on our terms and timeline. To everyone at Dimmitt Cadillac St.Pete Thank You More
