Richard Tucker and Diffee Ford Lincoln Having worked in the industry selling cars at other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to find out things like, how low the DOC fee was, how cost Having worked in the industry selling cars at other dealerships, I was pleasantly surprised to find out things like, how low the DOC fee was, how cost effective they made it for purchasing cheaper cars, (sliding pac and that kind of thing) how easy it is to talk to sales managers candidly about what kind of value you could get on quality used vehicles, how in the business management office they work to get you a very competitive interest rate even if your credit isn't the best, and even the amenities such as a Farmers insurance office that actually has a life insurance branch as well as a auto insurance branch. It was just a very impressive experience all the way around. I must say the most impressive part of the whole experience was dealing with a very seasoned man in his 60's by the name of Richard Tucker. He was the first to greet me and was very cordial from start to finish. He was very low pressure but worked very hard to make the experience as comfortable as possible. I felt at ease making offers to him below asking price and he was very comfortable when I asked to meet and talk to his sales manager in order to negotiate a really good deal for me and my family. I can't speak to the experience of buying a high end newer vehicle but for purchasing a vehicle and getting financed for something under $10,000.00 I felt I was dealt with very respectfully, honestly and fairly. I would recommend Diffee Ford Lincoln of El Reno to any of my friends especially if they have worked in the car sales industry before. More
