Initial interaction during sale discussions was great with JJ (Sales) and Mike (Finance). After sale was complete I found financial discrepancy (in my favor) and it has been almost 3 weeks and discrepan with JJ (Sales) and Mike (Finance). I was very pleased with the detail that was provided to me about the service performed on my vehicle. Bob Wolford (my service rep) explained, in detail, all the diagnostics and troubleshooting that was don me about the service performed on my vehicle. Bob Wolford (my service rep) explained, in detail, all the diagnostics and troubleshooting that was done to find a bad connection that was giving me repetitive DTCs. Everything seems to be working properly now since the repair was completed. The technician that worked on the vehicle was also very good at documenting all the connections he checked in order to find the faulty wire. I definitely would recommend Diehl of Robinson to family and friends. More
