Great Customer Service I have had my vehicles in for service at Diehl of Robinson on numerous occasions; most recently August 5, 2014. Chris, Kevin, and Bob W the service m I have had my vehicles in for service at Diehl of Robinson on numerous occasions; most recently August 5, 2014. Chris, Kevin, and Bob W the service manager have always been friendly and treated me as if I was their only customer. My work has always been done right the first time, in a timely manner, and I've always left feeling that my vehicle was not only worked on, but cared for. Jay and Andrew (the mechanics I have dealt with) have done major work on my vehicle and always listened when I explain why my car is in need of service. I feel they have always provided quality work at a fair price. Bob (service manager) and his department have always given me 1st class customer service and have always been able to fix my car. I highly recommend these guys if your car is in need of service. More
Satisfied Customer While I was waiting for service on my 7 year old Grand Caravan, I decided to browse around the car lot. I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. While I was waiting for service on my 7 year old Grand Caravan, I decided to browse around the car lot. I had no intentions of buying a new vehicle. While I was out looking, Tom (salesman) came to talk and walk around with me to answer any questions I had. He was helpful, explaining all the options available. I never felt pressured to buy anything. He showed me a new Dodge Journey that really caught my eye. I told him I wasn't buying, I was just looking & he was good with that. That night, I was browsing their website, and noticed a used Journey that caught my attention. The next day I stopped to look at this vehicle & I really liked it. Intermittently over the next 12 days, I would call Tom, or stop in to look at or test drive the Journey. I was slowly trying to convince myself into getting rid of a paid-off Grand Caravan that I loved & upgrade to a newer vehicle with the payment that comes with it. Tom was always helpful & patient with me. He never tried to sway me to buy, he always listened, gave me the information that I needed, returned my calls, & never judged me while I was making my decision. On one particular visit to the dealership, it was a 90 degree day. I had Tom in the Journey with the heat blasting so that I could be sure the heater worked. He never batted an eye, just sat there with me in the unbearable heat while I checked everything out! Finally after 2 weeks of debate, I decided that I was going to purchase it! Tom introduced me to Ian (sales manager) who really worked to find me a payment that I was happy with. Jeff (finance) was also a great help with my extended warranty questions & all of the paperwork involved. My experience at Diehl of Robinson was much more than I could have expected or have ever experienced at other dealerships. They gave me the time & space to make my own decision that was best for me. I am now the happy owner of a Dodge Journey because of these guys! I can't say enough great things about this sales team & the dealership. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new vehicle! More
Horrible experience This was my first time buying a truck from a dealership and it will definitely be the last time i buy from this dealership. First off when I bought my This was my first time buying a truck from a dealership and it will definitely be the last time i buy from this dealership. First off when I bought my truck I was told by the salesman that the truck had a lifetime warranty on the cummins engine only to find out when I went to sign the papers that this wasn't true. So instead they offered me an extended warranty at a discounted price which I bought that way I would have some sort of warranty with the vehicle. They acted like that solved the lifetime engine warranty problem but it did not. In fact it benefitted them bc now they are making even more money off of me each month. That was only the beginning. When I bought the truck I asked for a simple bedliner to be put in the truck which the salesman agreed to. I was told that they would contact me about the bedliner within a couple days after I bought the truck. So i waited for three weeks without a phone call from them. I finally call THEM instead and I had to try multiple times to get a hold of them bc nobody would answer or return my phone calls. The sales manager didn't even have a voicemail set up on his phone. When they finally called me back and I took my truck in to get the bedliner they told me that it would be done within a few days. About a week later I get a phone call saying that there was an issue with the bedliner so I went to the dealership and got that straightened out. After that meeting I was told that it would be about another few days before the bedliner was complete. A week and a half goes by and again I have to contact them bc nobody was keeping me informed. I was told that the sales manager that was in charge of getting the liner done went on vacation and just left my unfinished truck sit at the dealership. RIDICULOUS! At this point I was furious bc I just spent $50,000 on a truck that the dealership has had sitting there for three weeks and nobody at diehl seemed to care about my situation. I actually went in and told them I wanted my money back and they could have the truck back. But of course there was no way that was possible bc "I already signed the papers" aka "we care about money more than the customer". Anyways I was able to get another sales manager to get the liner on my truck done while the other sales manager who was supposed to be in charge of it was on vacation. This sales manager told me that diehl would do something "special" to make up for all the trouble and aggravation I had to go through for the last three weeks trying to get a simple bedliner put on my truck. I later found out this "something special" was a wash job and a full tank of gas which was nothing bc when I dropped it off I had just washed it and it was on 3/4 of tank. But whatever I got in my truck and drove away from that place bc they obviously don't care about the customer they don't cater to them and they don't try to make them happy after they just spent 50 grand on a used truck. No, they just want they're money. I will never go back here and never recommend this careless dealership to anyone ever. Buying from here was a big mistake. Lesson learned. More
Horrible Service Department The service depatment is extremely slow. Took 3.5 hours to service my truck and still was not able to complete it. I had set an appointment and was told that it would take 2 hours to complete. I was told that I would have to come back to have it finished. It is crazy that I just went for a standard oil change, fuel filter and air filter change. Also they checked some codes on the truck that was not anything to worry about. If there was another dealer that was in the area to have my truck serviced I would never go back. Also this is not the first time that poor service has happened, this happens everytime all my co-workers and myself take their trucks there. More

Initial contact was through email with was Brandon Barbarow. We went on test drive and love the Jeep but changed my mind on color. Diehl had nice selection of Jeeps to choose from and decided on a white one with similar features.. I can not say enough about Brandon, friendly, knowledgeable very easy to work with and efficient throughout the process. His partner Eddy was also very friendly and helpful. I Brought my daughter along with us and the subject of Warp tour came up (which is concert of several bands) And they told her they could get her tickets, she was sold on the jeep after that! Brandon and Eddy both Treated us like good friends. Brandon is a great asset to the company. He made us very comfortable and helped us make an informed decision. Even after deal was made he showed us in detail all the features and how everything operated in our new Jeep. We would definitely recommend Diehl and will certainly return in the future! More
Since Diehl took over this location, the whole attitude of the employees has changed. They are very customer focused and want to make you happy so that not only will you return there, but you'll spread th of the employees has changed. They are very customer focused and want to make you happy so that not only will you return there, but you'll spread the word to your friends and family. Word of mouth is the most powerful advertising. I am very happy with vehicle maintenance done on my first vehicle months ago, and bought a new vehicle there last week because I really like the people there and the work they do. I would definitely return there and recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had (and we have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years). Q and Ian were very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They were very easy to had (and we have purchased quite a few vehicles over the years). Q and Ian were very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. She was personable, down to earth and did all she could to ensure our experience at her dealership was nothing short of perfect. This was the best customer service I have ever had at a car dealership. We found the car on the internet on Saturday. First thing Monday morning I got a call from Ed and by that afternoon I had talked to I car dealership. We found the car on the internet on Saturday. First thing Monday morning I got a call from Ed and by that afternoon I had talked to Ian, one of the managers, and I had a new price on the car and all of the info I needed. I called back the next day and they told me they would deliver the car to me 3 hours away so my husband did not need to take off work. The car was in excellent condition and the service could not have been friendlier! I will definitely be looking here first for my next car. More
