As ususal always trying to rip off a woman! Should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! I needed a $1.00 clip adjusted because it was making a screeching noise after I had my brakes changed a Should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! I needed a $1.00 clip adjusted because it was making a screeching noise after I had my brakes changed and the service center tells me that it would cost approx. $469.00 because they had to remove my back tires and replace the one-day old brake shoe pads I had just put on the day before. Those clips are probably just laying around the service department, not to mention, they probably only cost $1.00. It's funny, that when I told them I was picking up my jeep cause I didn't want them to touch it, they put the tires back on and hola, there was no squeak. So, for a measly bent clip, your service department was going to charge me $469.00. And you wonder why everyone tries to find or already has a reputable mechanic they go to as opposed to the dealerships service center. If you want people to utilize the service department, hire honest people, be honest with the customer and quit trying to rip people off. How can your dealership have a clean conscious when you're always trying to rip us off? I was furious when I left the service center. As for the rating of Anthony Cameron below, the one star I selected has nothing to do with him as your website (that doesn't work correctly) wouldn't allow me to select the service department. I never dealth with the sales department on my recent visit. More
