The product was perfect. Didn’t care for the dealership forcing the customer to buy a $999 zshield pkg. Also the tire product that was used to detail the car sucks. Deal was ok Disappointed on the following; -sales guy called off on day coming to pick up vehicle and never reached out -truck was supposed to be detailed better and it was not. -bought extended warran called off on day coming to pick up vehicle and never reached out -truck was supposed to be detailed better and it was not. -bought extended warranty and was given prices and got changed at last minute and cost me an extra 3-400 dollars for 2 less years coverage. -dealer did not get all finance paperwork done and had to inconvenience me to do more paperwork. My vehicle was there for over 8 months with a blown engine. The first 2 months I didn't have a loaner so I had to find alternate transportation to work. Former general manager wouldn't even answer emai engine. The first 2 months I didn't have a loaner so I had to find alternate transportation to work.
