I had my tire blow out had to bring car which I didn’t have appt so I understand wait and shop fitting me in. I have zurich insurance so I also know they have to contact them to get approval for new tire have appt so I understand wait and shop fitting me in. I have zurich insurance so I also know they have to contact them to get approval for new tire i went about my business as instructed and was told I would get an call once tire was in. Dropped car off around 11 returned at 3 and was told they contacted zurich but was waiting for call back which I knew was a lie due to having issues before and spoke with zurich to see the process prior to coming in. So I go to my car contact zurich and told dealer would need to call explain at dealership will go in all of sudden approved but will be about 3 hrs to get tire put on had to bring back next day also was being charged for oil changes when should of been free continued issue with dealership More

Logan was awesome to work with. He found the screw in my tire and gave me options as to fixing it or changing all the tires as the tread was low. He came up with 4 quotes and allo He found the screw in my tire and gave me options as to fixing it or changing all the tires as the tread was low. He came up with 4 quotes and allowed me time to do some research on my own with no pressure. I ended up going with his recommendation. They had to pick them up and at 2:00 my new tires were being put on. Great service all around. More
