Glenn was extremely patient and diligent with giving updates as to when the BMW would be done in the service department. Since the vehicle was newly traded in, I spent nearly 2 weeks communicating with updates as to when the BMW would be done in the service department. Since the vehicle was newly traded in, I spent nearly 2 weeks communicating with Glenn so it wouldn't be sold to anyone else. Mike knew exactly how to process my direct from Credit Union check. Neither of them were pushy or trying to throw in things that didn't fit my budget. Mike worked the numbers a few ways to see how I could get what was needed within the credit unions specifications as to percentage over value. It was an hour drive to Robinson but I will do it again when the time comes. More
