During my routine oil change / tire rotation (Jave Wave) appointment, the technician happened to notice that my air filter / cabin air filter was getting dirty and recommended they be changed. Prior to doin appointment, the technician happened to notice that my air filter / cabin air filter was getting dirty and recommended they be changed. Prior to doing any work, Bri called me [at home] and asked if I'd be interested in having the filters replaced. She was very pleasant to talk to and disclosed the price of each filter upfront. She also called me back immediately upon my service work being completed so that I could come and pick it up. The service manager that I spoke with earlier in the morning, as well as, the clerk who rang me up at the end of the day were also pleasant to interact with - tons of joking and laughing, which I appreciate. I have always gone to Diehl Jeep of Robinson for my service and will continue to for years to come! Thank you Diehl! More
Repaired my problem without issues in one day. No issues with repair. Could not provide parts ordered and paid for during this visit. Wanted vehicle serviced for road trip and asked if they could check all fluid, paid the extra $75 for brake check.. Left with a $900 bill after not being told the price of fluid changes. Had to bring the car back the next day because somehow the AC on the driver's side stopped working. How does that happen when they are the only ones working on the vehicle? Had to pay another $300. Picked up the car and the left driver's front tire is now making a noise when you turn the vehcle to the right (??brakes) and I noticed that my oil was at 10%!!! I had to take the car to another Dodge dealer to change my oil on my vacation. And, then my husband hears the workers talking about their late night and not having enough sleep because they were out the night before. So disappointed in the service there. More
