I fully understand that things go wrong and sometimes people arrive late, but it would have been nice to acknowledge this with me. Because my appointment started late, I was then late for the remainder of the day, running about 30 minutes behind, which made me look unprofessional and led to me apologizing for my lateness. I would have just appreciated someone at Diehl to acknowledge this was an issue and to communicate with me. The work itself was fine--an oil change and tire rotation. More

1st I purchased a top of the line tundra. I found out the bed cover was defective and told 2 different sales people about it but they both blew me off and did nothing. I then talked to a service rep that was going to see what she could do. Now 6 weeks have go by with nothing being done so I sent her an email and asked if I had to get my attorney involved in order to get an answer. In a matter of a couple of hours she got back to me and basically told me that toyoda wasn't going to do anything. 2nd Within 3 months of purchasing it my volume knob breaks and I have to make an appointment to get it replaced. 3rd I had to make a 2.5 hr trip to get to a place I've never been to so I utilized the navigation system. While driving through a busy city the nav screen disappears. Needless to say I ended up lost and off the route. The same thing happened again on the way back. I received a call and when the call finished the navigation screen disappeared again. These problems not only added an extra hour to my trip but an extreme amount of frustration! The service department wasn't able to fix the navigation screen problems but was able to replace the vol knob. The service person basically told me until toyoda decided to fix the problem with an computer update there was nothing he could do. If the dealership was upfront about the defective bed covers and non working navigation system I most assuredly would not have made the purchase! More

Two hour wait due to staffing issues, parts on backorder with no date availability, charged diagnostic for an issue that was clearly visible and had been eyeballed by service department the week before.
