I am so very sorry for the time it took for us to get you through our finance department. While you were here purchasing your vehicle, we were short a finance person due to illness which backed us up a little. We have since addressed the shortfall but again apologize for the inconvenience it presented for you and your mother in law. Please do me a favor, next time your mother in law is in the area , please have her stop in and see us so we can give her a complimentary car wash for her being so patient while here with us!
