Terry, was friendly, very helpful and knows the vehicle she was selling. The paperwork was done in a quick amount of time. This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Waikem. I have a friend for life with Terry, I didn't know her before this experience but in the future if I was to buy another car...it would be from Terry at The Waikem Auto Family. More
On October 4, 2011 my wife and I made the BIGGEST mistake of our lives by driving onto the lot at Waikem Mitsubishi. We knew going in that our credit was bad and the salesmen, Jeff, pressured us on a 2008 Ch of our lives by driving onto the lot at Waikem Mitsubishi. We knew going in that our credit was bad and the salesmen, Jeff, pressured us on a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country LX with 58,000 miles BEFORE even showing us the van. And talk about PRESSURE SELLING, OMG!! After an hour of waiting to see the van and drive it, we returned to the lot and were told we had been approved through Wells Fargo. The price they sold us the van was $14,500 and they then pressured us into tacking on another $3,000 for some xx warranty as it turns out. Then, just the other day in the mail, we received a flier from Waikem saying they need Town and Country's to sell and would give us $11,150 in trade. That caused us to be very suspicious as well as furious to say the least. So, today (March 29, 2012)we drove to Progressive Chevrolet where they had a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country Touring with 35,000 miles and priced at $16,400. We were told that the most they could give us in trade was between $8,000 and 9,000 which is nearly DOUBLE what we owe if we were to pay the van off. The payoff currently for the van Waikem saw us coming for is $16,838!!! If you have credit problems, I STRONGLY recommend that for your own good to STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE UNETHICAL AND DISHONEST FRAUDS!!! Furthermore, once we left Progressive, I called to talk with Waikem. I got some rum dum who said the sales manager was with a customer and could she take a message and he'd return my call. I described exactly what you see above to her and was assured that he would call me. Guess what, to NO surprise, I received NO call and most likely wont. Or, perhaps I will since I filed a complaint with the Canton, OH BBB More

We just purchased a Pontiac for our daughter as a Christmas present, and the experience with Doug at their wholesale lot was a great experience! The wait to see the business manager was a bit distur Christmas present, and the experience with Doug at their wholesale lot was a great experience! The wait to see the business manager was a bit disturbing as he kept us waiting for quite awhile and it appeared that he wasn't even busy. When we were finally called in, we felt rushed and he was a bit rude. My husband and I put up with it though because of Doug and the great deal he gave us. We will still purchase again from the dealership though, and we still highly recommend Doug and Waikem Motors. More
Stopped in late on a Thursday evening and met Lee Grewell. While I didn't have time that evening for test drives, we discussed the features I was looking for and set up to come back on Saturday morn Grewell. Lee really must have paid attention to my interests, and on Saturday morning took me directly to a number of vehicles that met my requirements. I ended up buying a Mitsubishi Outlander which I drove home that same day. I would highly recommend Lee to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. It's also great that you can look at a number of manufacturers products without driving all over northeast Ohio. More
I would like to say that I've purchased my last two vehicles from Waikems and have had the best experience that I have ever had at a dealership!! Their internet department is the most helpful!
