Best Experience Waikem Kia was the first dealer I had stopped at while looking for cars. I had no idea what kind of car I had wanted. I was greeted by Josh and he treated me with respect and took me on a test drive on the Kia Soul then also took and showed me Nissan, Honda and Hyundai. I didn't feel pressed with any of my visits with Josh. I didn't know when I was going to buy, he wasn't pushy and spent a lot of time with me and answered all the my "dumb" questions. He was great! After about a week of looking for cars and testing driving, my husband and I went back to Kia and we took the Kia Soul on a test drive. He didn't pressure us at all to buy that day. We left and went back a week later and leased a 2015 Kia Soul. We had a great experience with Chris the Sales Manager and Josh the salesman. I had issues with adding the Kia to my insurance and Josh came in on his day off to finish my paper work and go over the car with me. Overall it was a great experience and cant wait to use Waikem Kia in the future! More

Throughout the entire buying process, Chris and Josh were good sports, easy to work with and ultimately got the deal done fairly and professionally. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience and fun. Not dreadful and nerve racking like most car buying experiences have been for me in the past. The sales team at Waikem Kia was down to Earth and made the buying experience enjoyable again. I highly recommend stopping in to check out a new Kia and working with Chris and/or Josh if you're looking to buy/lease a car. Getting a new car should always be this enjoyable, so I'll be back to Waikem Kia and hoping to work with Chris and Josh again once my lease matures!! More

I was looking to get a new car for my wife. I had a lease in mind and she had a Forte5 in mind. Dennis discussed leasing as well as buying and showed us other models. He let us decide and we chose the Forte5 and leasing. It was like dealing with a friend you've known for forty years!!! Best Experience Ever I stopped at Waikem Kia checking out lease pricing on a new Soul. I told my salesperson I wasn't buying that day but was just gathering information. They gave me options on lease terms and payments and explained all the taxes and fees so I knew the true monthly payment. Other dealers I'd been to gave me a lower monthly payment quote but didn't explain to me what I had to do to get to that payment, which I felt was very deceptive. Waikem Kia was very upfront and forthcoming. I felt no pressure or stress while there. I will definitely do business with Waikem when I'm ready to commit. More

Jon Ransom was our sales consultant and gave us a very pleasurable buying experience. He also helped us set up the special electronic features of our new Sportage.
