No circling vultures trying to squeeze the newest model out of your wallet, but a friendly staff simply asking "How can I help you today." It wasn't a new car I was looking for, I was in fact buying out the lease on my 2013 Kia Rio. Brian Harris walked my parents and I through the steps involved without trying to push us into another vehicle. "Are you interested in trading in for a new car?" was asked, not pushed. When he knew we weren't interested in a new model, he made buying out the lease very simple and straight forward. I, along with my parents were very pleased with our buying experience today and will return to Waikem Kia whenever the need for a new vehicle is there. More
Would like to change our overall rating of our salesman. We turned in our two leased Kia's mid-January. A new Kia lease was arranged. Appointments were made for us to bring our Kia back in for an addition. Anthony Lint, salesman,Anthony Lint was called two days before the appointment to confirm. Anthony said he would meet us at 8 am and take us to service and arrange a car for us to use for the day. We arrived and no one was at the Kia office. We proceeded to service to find out Anthony was not even in that day. Service took care of us and told us to walk back to the Kia office and speak to Samantha about the car to use. We had driven from Cambridge. Upon arriving we found Samantha was also off. Luckily Steve stepped up and helped arrange a car ( we had to put gas in ). The only bright spot of the day (last Friday) was service pushed our car through and we were finished just after noon. Bottom line, Waikem family, this is not the level of service we expected. Extremely disappointed with our experience. More

He was very knowledgeable of the vehicle along with it's accessories, as well as the paper process of purchasing, titling and insuring my vehicle. I appreciated the respect he showed me in answering all my questions. He took his time to explain all aspects of the sale and was never "pushy" in closing the deal. Best Experience Waikem Kia was the first dealer I had stopped at while looking for cars. I had no idea what kind of car I had wanted. I was greeted by Josh and he tre Waikem Kia was the first dealer I had stopped at while looking for cars. I had no idea what kind of car I had wanted. I was greeted by Josh and he treated me with respect and took me on a test drive on the Kia Soul then also took and showed me Nissan, Honda and Hyundai. I didn't feel pressed with any of my visits with Josh. I didn't know when I was going to buy, he wasn't pushy and spent a lot of time with me and answered all the my "dumb" questions. He was great! After about a week of looking for cars and testing driving, my husband and I went back to Kia and we took the Kia Soul on a test drive. He didn't pressure us at all to buy that day. We left and went back a week later and leased a 2015 Kia Soul. We had a great experience with Chris the Sales Manager and Josh the salesman. I had issues with adding the Kia to my insurance and Josh came in on his day off to finish my paper work and go over the car with me. Overall it was a great experience and cant wait to use Waikem Kia in the future! More

We were quickly greeted by Josh and immediately started giving him a hard time (in a joking manner). Throughout the entire buying process, Chris and Josh were good sports, easy to work with and ultimately got the deal done fairly and professionally. Buying a car should be a pleasant experience and fun. Not dreadful and nerve racking like most car buying experiences have been for me in the past. The sales team at Waikem Kia was down to Earth and made the buying experience enjoyable again. I highly recommend stopping in to check out a new Kia and working with Chris and/or Josh if you're looking to buy/lease a car. Getting a new car should always be this enjoyable, so I'll be back to Waikem Kia and hoping to work with Chris and Josh again once my lease matures!! More
