Excellent experience in purchasing a car. We were looking for a newer used car to replace our KIA Optima. We stopped at Waikem KIA and met Mike Evans. Ultimately, through rebates and discounts that Mike and Wayne Ross were able to give us, we purchase a brand new 2017 KIA Forte for about the same price I was welling to pay for a used car. Mike was very helpful. Even though his work day was to end at one o'clock, he stayed over several hours to do the necessary paper work to complete the purchase. More

Jeff Ross greeted me at the door and guided me through the entire process which included having the exact car that I wanted brought in from a dealership in a nearby city. Jeff was never pushy or overbearing and worked quickly to locate my car and updated me frequently on his progress. I came back a short time later to find the car freshly detailed and Jeff took time to give me a tour of the car, making sure I was familiar with the remote start and other features. I had spoken to Olivia Gehring about True Car pricing before I arrived and the there was no high pressure sales tactics, bait and switch, or hidden fees as I had experienced at other dealerships. The price I was quoted never changed. Olivia kindly laid out additional options for services that were available for new car purchases and wrapped up the sale on a very positive note. 2nd time having GREAT experience Yesterday was the second time purchasing a vehicle from Waikem Kia. The first in 2009 was a brand new vehicle and this time was a pre-owned vehicle. Yesterday was the second time purchasing a vehicle from Waikem Kia. The first in 2009 was a brand new vehicle and this time was a pre-owned vehicle. Our sales consultant Dennis Kryder spent the time to make us feel comfortable as he found the perfect vehicle for what we were looking for and wanting to spend. There was absolutely no hard sales or pressure. Being a pre- owned vehicle did not make a difference in his attitude either. He treated my wife and me as if we were purchasing the most expensive car on the lot. Dennis spent a lot of time helping us and making us feel as if we were family. As we were waiting for the finance paper work to go through, he even took my wife out to the vehicle to show her how to link her cell phone into the car. The vehicle was cleaned thoroughly and parked right out front for us to take delivery. I would highly recommend Waikem to any body looking to purchase a new or pre-owned vehicle. We WILL be back.
