We had a great experience from our salesman, Mason Ford then Wesley in finance & then Vic finalizing our purchase. We really appreciated all their time that they put into helping us get into our beautiful new Telluride. Mason was awesome from the time we got there, until we left. He answered all our questions & helped us with all the new features. He was quite a gentleman to talk with & mentioned for us to call him with any questions or issues. Experience with KA in general is very poor. The wear pattern on my tires is very uneven although my vehicle has been serviced every 6 months as recommended.
