when my car was done you gave me a free car wash so went and got it then swept out my car and I found 2 small sliver bolt heads on the floor under my steering wheel . Ron is an exceptional sakes rep. I began my contact with him via e-mail. He always responded and answered all my questions. Meeting a dealing with him was the easiest that I have I began my contact with him via e-mail. He always responded and answered all my questions. Meeting a dealing with him was the easiest that I have ever purchased a car. He did not try to pressure me in any way. He also stood behind every thing he wrote to me in our e-mails. Midway, I decided change from the Sportage to the Sorento and he again gave ne a great deal. On the day I went to purchase the car, I came in early on a day he wasn't due until noon. They wanted to have someone else help me but I wanted to wait for Ron so we could meet. They gave my husband and myself the car we were inquiring about to drive around until he got there. He came in early and was a pleasure to work with. Again, no pressure, no Hassle. Made our experience a very positive one. Will definitely send anyone who is interested in buying a car to him. More
