Mechanic made a mistake that ruined our engine. We were finally told that they would repair it and that the cost of a rental would be covered by Kia. It was not covered in full. The only car availa We were finally told that they would repair it and that the cost of a rental would be covered by Kia. It was not covered in full. The only car available to us by the rental company was not even equal to ours. It was smaller and one door would not open. We had to pay for being very inconvenienced. Also, when we did get our car back we just happened to look inside and noticed that the coolant was very low. Why would they not fill that while working on the car? More

If your car is under warranty, don't even bother bringing it here for an issue. The first time this happened, they just cleared the check engine code and gave me the car back and of course the check engine it here for an issue. The first time this happened, they just cleared the check engine code and gave me the car back and of course the check engine light came on the next day. Then they wouldn't return my calls for 3 weeks or answer my question as to why someone cleared the codes and didn't do anything. More
