I was scheduled for a 2:00 PM appointment on a Wednesday; my car had to be towed because it would not start. My car was not even diagnosed until Thursday or Friday and the the service advisor would not keep my car had to be towed because it would not start. My car was not even diagnosed until Thursday or Friday and the the service advisor would not keep us updated. We had to continuously call ourselves for updates only to receive a voicemail. My car was not ready for pick-up until the following Wednesday. I went an entire week without a vehicle and had to be the one to ask for updates every few days. Very poor customer service, lack of professionalism, and a shortage of technicians lead to a very poor experience for us. More

I am very disappointed. My car is STILL not working properly. I took it to another place to see why it wasn't working correctly and they said that some of the work that was My car is STILL not working properly. I took it to another place to see why it wasn't working correctly and they said that some of the work that was supposedly done was not even done. Some of the parts are new but then some are still as rusty and old as they weren't touched. And my tire pressure light keeps coming on even after putting air in all 4 tires. I will certainly not recommend this dealership to anyone. I'm very, very disappointed. More
