Another great buying experience I have bought 5 cars from Waikem dealerships over the years - this was my second Hyundai purchase (also have bought 2 Hondas and 1 Subaru from Waikem) I have bought 5 cars from Waikem dealerships over the years - this was my second Hyundai purchase (also have bought 2 Hondas and 1 Subaru from Waikem). I planned to work with John Melito, the salesman that I bought my last Sonata from, but he was not available due to illness. So Lee Giavasis took over and did a absolutely superb job. He was ultra polite, extremely knowledgeable, never pushy, and put me and my wife at ease throughout the process. We had previously obtained a TrueCar quote on our 2015 Sonata, and sales manager Don Warner quickly found exactly the vehicle we wanted at another dealership. Waikem's also gave me a very fair price for my 2009 Sonata trade-in, and they honored the TrueCar pricing. Charlie in the service department is also excellent at customer service; I had my 2009 Sonata in for service prior to the trade, and Charlie got me a Genesis as a loaner for the day! Overall, everyone at Waikem Hyundai treated us great, they are completely trustworthy, and I would not hesitate to recommend either Waikem Hyundai or Lee Giavasis- he really did an exemplary job, and I can't praise him enough. We have been happy Waikem customers since 1989, and we likely will continue to buy from them in the years to come. Oh yeah - the 2015 Sonata Limited that we bought is awesome! More
