Twice I’ve taken the new vehicle to the service center and twice left with sub par or just flat out incorrect results. The oil change was done I think but the check driver assistance alert was not resolv and twice left with sub par or just flat out incorrect results. The oil change was done I think but the check driver assistance alert was not resolved and the mechanics had to have seen and heard every time they started the car as well it was on the order and a system update was half done and not completed at all and they did not reset the service reminder so it still says needs a service. The update also was not complete after being there for two hours. The Zurich coating was a disaster and they scratched the chrome and left wax marks all over the paint. The tech created a new profile on my car dashboard and decided to add his name and music channels but he couldn’t do the actual work he should have. And now I can’t delete that profile as a Hyundai glitch. More
I have never experienced a service visit as unprofessional, uncaring, and lack of empathy. They don’t even care if you are upset at all… they actually laughed about how this is just how it unprofessional, uncaring, and lack of empathy. They must not care if anyone ever buys a vehicle from their dealership… good service will create repeat customers. Me being a 5+ vehicle Hyundai owner, 2 of which was purchased new from this dealership will never get another service visit or vehicle purchase again… all of my business will go to Hyundai of Green from now on More
I was very pleased with Diehl Mitsubishi, I was having issues with my 2106 Mitsubishi Outlander transmission. The transmission was covered under the 100,000mile/ 10 year drivetrain warranty.
