As the field narrowed either by others not keeping pace or failing to find ways to be competitive, Olivia (and her manager Sarah when she was out) came up with the best deal, without any haggling and made the process very smooth. Ed, the sales manager was equally practical and was able to put together a deal that far outpaced the others. I was able to get through all the paperwork, new car feature demonstration and in person title transfer in record time and was on my way. A new truck and no pain! More

I usually don't write reviews but felt compelled to do so after meeting with Lisa Randazzo on May 11, 2016. I have bought many cars over the years but there is one salesperson that stands out among all the rest. That is Lisa. She deserves a five star rating! Ms Randazzo is as professional as they come. She was extremely knowledgeable about her product. She gave very precise and helpful answers to all of my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I very much appreciated her non pressure approach. I have been looking for a car for awhile now and have visited at least 3 other car dealerships in Canton. Lisa's manner, expertise and professionalism were a cut above all the rest. As it turns out my 2004 Pontiac that has clocked 182,000 miles is still running like a top. But when it is time for it to go to the car graveyard I will go to Waikem and buy a shiny brand new car from Lisa. Lisa is a great asset to the Waikem dealership and I look forward to working with her in the future. My husband owns a business and I am also going to recommend that his vehicles come from Waikem due to the pleasant business encounter that I received from Lisa Randazzo. Pete spent a lot of time with us in determining what vehicle would meet our criteria. One of the main things that we wanted were comfortable front seats. We just finished a lease on a 2013 Ford Explorer and the way the front contour seats were made caused both my wife and I considerable pain when taking long trips. We both had to use multiple cushions on top of the seat to make them comfortable. I think that the seats in the 2016 Explorer will not cause us the problems that we had with the 2013 vehicle. Pete also spent a lot of time showing me how to use the various new things on this vehicle such as remote start, instrument panel, etc. I have purchased or leased several vehicles from Pete and Bob over the years. I keep coming back to them because of their service to me. More

The next morning I left a voicemail message with Olivia and within a reasonable time frame she responded. Olivia provided me with the "facts" I was seeking without any unnessecary marketing and we came to terms consummating the transaction. Olivia then introduced me to a Mr Pete Shaheen who was equally cordial in securing payment obligations. The vehicle I purchased is earmarked for one of my sales people and I assure anyone within the Waikem organization when (not if, but when) I seek to purchase another vehicle it will assuredly be Ms. Gehring who I address. Found one my wife liked but it had a panoramic moon roof which I wasn't fond of and it didn't have a power lift gate which we had previously and liked. Bob found the same vehicle at another Dealership with no moon roof and it had a power lift gate. He had it brought to the Dealership and we were delighted and took it. Bob was great to work with and we are quite pleased. The Sign & Drive paper work was a breeze and we were out in no time. I highly recommend the entire Waikem Sales, Finance and Service people for their outstanding commitment to customer service. More
