My husband and I purchased a 2021 F350 that was ordered in October for production at the Ford plant. Our car salesman was Bob Bryce. Initially we were told delivery was near Christmas. My husband called the week before and left messages x2 that were never returned. He finally reached him and Bob told us he was sure it would be there but we requested him to call and ask as we were working with CSE for our loan. Several days went by with no return call. My husband called him and he informed us new dat January 18th. Once again as the 18th drew near I called and left messages that were never returned. My husband called and had him paged and asked him to check on date he said he would. Once again no return call. My husband called him and he said new date was February 8. Now I understand it being late. I am a nurse and with COVID EVERYTHING is late. But when I am spending $57;000 I dont feel a few phone calls is asking too much! I feel I worked harder for this sale then Bob did. I also want to say how awesome Pete was at going over all of the gadgets on the truck. He was awesome. Unfortunately I have a sour taste in my mouth and probably would not shop there again. Bob said that its a running joke at the dealership about him not returning phone calls. Well its no joke, its not funny and its far from being profesional. I believe in keeping business local but you lost ours. More

I texted Waikem Ford on 12/12/20 to set appt to view a 2016 Ford F-350 on Monday, 12/14/20 at 7:00 pm. On Monday morning I received a phone call from Waikem to confirm my appointment, I assured them I wou 2016 Ford F-350 on Monday, 12/14/20 at 7:00 pm. On Monday morning I received a phone call from Waikem to confirm my appointment, I assured them I would be there at designated time. I arrived with my friend, who closed his shop to assist me in checking the truck I was interested in buying, upon announcing myself it took five minutes for somebody to talk to me, at which time he told me that the truck had just been bought at which point he said sorry. I drove forty minutes to see vehicle. Waikem could have called me at home and cancelled me and saved me a trip when they had a customer arrive prior to me , OR they could have done the right thing and let me have first decision on the truck. Also I am a cash customer and if truck had checked out I had every intention of buying if a deal had been made. FAILED TO PERFORM PROPER INSPECTION SO FAR WE ARE HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE AUTO BODY SHOP. MY SISTERS MURANO WAS HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER WHILE PARKED OUTSIDE HER HOME. THE CAR WAS SO FAR WE ARE HAVING A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE AUTO BODY SHOP. MY SISTERS MURANO WAS HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER WHILE PARKED OUTSIDE HER HOME. THE CAR WAS SIDE SWIPED SOO HARD THE PASS SIDE FRONT WHEEL WAS FORCED UP OVER THE CURB AND ONTO THE SIDE WALK. HER CAR WAS TOWED TO WAIKEM FORD WHERE THEY REPAIRED HER BODY DAMAGE. SHE TOLD THEM TO CHECK THE FRONT END ALIGNMENT AND THEY TALKED HER INTO 500 DOLLARS WORTH OF BALL JOINT WORK THE CAR DID NOT NEED IT WAS IN FOR INSURANCE WORK FROM THE COLLISION. SHE THEN PICKED UP THE CAR AND 4 DAYS LATER HER TRANSMISSION WENT OUT. I PERSONALLY CHECKED IT AND THE ENTIRE BOTTOM OF HER CAR ON THE PASS SIDE WAS DRENCHED IN TRANSMISSION FLUID. HER TRANSMISSION WAS OVER 3 QUARTS LOW FROM THE FRONT PASS SIDE LEAK CAUSED BY THE ACCIDENT. THE CAR WAS TOWED BACK TO WAIKEM FORD BODY SHOP AND THE SERVICE WRITER TRAN CLAIMED THE LEAK WAS FROM A RUSTY OIL PAN. THIS IS THE KINDA CRAP THEY TRY PULL WITH A WOMAN WHO DONT KNOW CARS. THEY REFUSE TO FILE AN ADDITIONAL CLAIM WITH THE INSURANCE CO AND TOLD MY SISTER THE CAR HAS NO LEAK ON THAT SIDE. NOW THEY WANT HER TO PAY TO REPLACE A TRANSMISSION THAT WAS FINE TILL THE CAR GOT HIT. I BELIEVE TRAN AND HIS TEAM ARE IN KAHOOTS WITH NATIONWIDE INSURANCE. WE ARE TAKING WAIKEM TO COURT AND HOPEFULLY GET THIS RESOLVED. I WOULD NOT COME BACK. HAD THEY DONE A PROPER INSPECTION WHEN THE VEHICAL ARRIVED AND CAUGHT THE LEAK THE TRANSMISSION WOULD HAVE NEVER FAILED. More

My car was wrecked during a routine service appt. -MK I brought my 2018 Focus in, in good condition for a routine oil change. Upon leaving I noticed parts missing and realized it clearly had been wrecked. I brought my 2018 Focus in, in good condition for a routine oil change. Upon leaving I noticed parts missing and realized it clearly had been wrecked. They ordered a replacement part but refuse to pay for remaining damages, which is costing approximately a grant. This has been a very lengthy, costly and discouraging experience. I have zero faith in this place and would never recommend to anyone -MK More
