I waited almost 3 weeks for Service to look at my 2022 Ford Edge even though engine was blown, and I told them it was blown. After almost 3 weeks they called and said it was blown and said had to wait an Ford Edge even though engine was blown, and I told them it was blown. After almost 3 weeks they called and said it was blown and said had to wait another 1 week to get car. They said they called and left messages but never received one so repeatedly had to keep checking because of this rampant lying to me and made my experience with Diehl horrible. I purchased a new F250 from you 3 years ago and now this experience with my Ford Edge has convinced me that your organization just doesn't care about my loyalty to have all my cars serviced by you and purchased from you. At this point very disappointed and looking for a new Ford Dealership. Your business model sucks and was treated like I needed them more than they needed me. I waited to get my car before saying a word because I was threatened if I took the car to someone else, they would have to tell Ford I possibly caused the damage. I have one 4 letter word that begins with a F about what happened to me with Deihl, it wasn't a good Deihl for me! More

I left 3 messages over several weeks and no one called me back. Finally someone answered and I was able to make an appointment. I did a night drop and indicated in the envelope the work that I needed done. T back. Finally someone answered and I was able to make an appointment. I did a night drop and indicated in the envelope the work that I needed done. This included changing the oil, inspecting it, and repairing the problem that was causing several messages to appear on my dash screen. They found the problem and had to order parts to fix it. They had my car for a month. When it was finally done and I went to pick it up, they said I didn’t owe anything. It was covered under warranty. Great, except I should have owed for the oil change and inspection. Well, they never did that it. More
Work was completed satisfactorily. A warranty repair was performed with zero cost to me. So far I have a better impression of Diehl than of the previous owner of the dealership. I was very satisfied. They honored my free inspection, etc. with Ron Lewis since buying it new from them back in 2011. I called since I had the flu and didn't want anyon They honored my free inspection, etc. with Ron Lewis since buying it new from them back in 2011. I called since I had the flu and didn't want anyone exposed to it, that my son-in-law dropped it off and was able to pay over the phone. He was very courtesy on the phone. When I went to pick it up, it was locked as requested with all the paperwork and receipt printed. They even had a thank you card for me. It was a very easy, enjoyable experience. Thank you so much.
