Have been there for three serviceable items and one accessory installation. Over an 8 month period they were unable to fix any the three service items. Mis-ordered parts for one job led to a needless m accessory installation. Over an 8 month period they were unable to fix any the three service items. Mis-ordered parts for one job led to a needless month-long delay, and after their install the problem still exists. They did such a poor job installing the accessory (Ford branded tonneau cover) that they had to reorder parts and do it again. It still looks like an amateur installed it. Recent turnover in service department desk personnel seems to be a worn has-been and a green newbie. I am fortunate to have a 3rd party extended warranty and a great indy mechanic. One plus - they can do an oil change properly. More

Absolutely terrible experience. I had a laundry list of items that needed to be addressed and the most important was an engine misfire. They did not diagnose the correct issue which I had a laundry list of items that needed to be addressed and the most important was an engine misfire. They did not diagnose the correct issue which was eventually found to be a bad coil plug but they told me it was a spark plug and so I had the other 7 replaced on my dime but when that didn't fix the issue after they gave me back my vehicle, they didn't make one effort to assist me with the payment for the spark plugs. In addition, they didn't fix the IWE issue for my truck. I don't believe my oil consumption issue has been addressed correctly either. I only take my vehicle here because that's where I bought it and it is convenient. Wish they were as good as the other Diehl Ford in Sharon. More
