This dealer was very easy to deal with. The salesman was great. (George Bostanic) They all went out of their way to help us. Initially a good experience. Friendly customer service, and a decent price. However, once I got the car off the lot, Morrow Ford never ceased in making every visit there a nightmare. We had a problem with and a decent price. However, once I got the car off the lot, Morrow Ford never ceased in making every visit there a nightmare. We had a problem with the eco-boost engine and transmission system, and the people there completely ignored the symptoms of the problem (grinding when the car shifts), saying the car was "designed that way." When I pushed the issue, they became rude and would make us wait long amounts of time while they "went in the back to check on something." Completely unprofessional and rude. Had to go to another dealer to get the problem fixed. General maintenance was also a chore there, as they would constantly try to push extra "maintenance." Talked with my mechanic about the supposed maintenance problems, and I was assured that they were trying to rip me off. Don't buy from Morrow, they will say anything to get a car to you, but are as rude and dishonest a car dealership as I have seen. More
My overall experience with Adam and Dave was good and I feel I received a fair price on the new F150 that I purchased. They were willing to stay late and we were able to negotiate a price that I was comfor feel I received a fair price on the new F150 that I purchased. They were willing to stay late and we were able to negotiate a price that I was comfortable with. My only criticism was that they initially missed a rebate that was over $4000. They called me the next day after I had taken my truck home and explained to me their mistake and that I needed to come back in to sign. While I'm excited to have received the rebate, as it lowered my payments significantly, I'm disappointed that it was not initially offered to me as it would have more than likely changed my negotiation/down payment. I was also very impressed with Jeremy Glovier’s internet marketing strategies and look forward to attending his wedding. More
I saw the truck on line.& called the car lot. I talked to Gus about the truck & he was very helpful & knowledgeable on the vehicle. when I showed up we looked the truck over & took it for a spin r talked to Gus about the truck & he was very helpful & knowledgeable on the vehicle. when I showed up we looked the truck over & took it for a spin rightaway. the dealership was very nice & clean as I have never dealt with them before. the staff was very friendly & I was on my way in about 1 1/2hrs. I got a great deal & a good trade-in on my old truck.Gus was a real treat.very friendly & helped the purchase move along. I would recommend them to anybody. More

Bobbie Morris is the reason I drove 1hour + to look at F-150 trucks. After finding the truck I thought I wanted, I called Morrow Ford. Bobbie took my call. After speaking to her for 5 minutes, I knew (if F-150 trucks. After finding the truck I thought I wanted, I called Morrow Ford. Bobbie took my call. After speaking to her for 5 minutes, I knew (if I bought) I wanted it to deal with her. She is extremely personable and helpful. Bobbie was working with a client when I arrived, she didn't know what time I might stop by. She introduced us to Dan Liberty, since he is the internet sales manager and I found the truck online. He was unbelievably well versed on the F-150's. We were able to make a deal on an amazing truck. I was concerned that Bobbie was cut from the sale. Dan assured me he would include her in the sale.
