Pricing included a $1500 rebate price cut added in or 0% financing for qualified buyers. Called and inquired about the internet listed price and asked why it was lower than other models. I was not given a straight answer and was told that they offer several rebates for certain qualified candidates. Asked if I owned a Ford before and if I was a college graduate. Salesman added that those were qualifying characteristics for rebate offers and asked to drive in for further details. This was an hour plus trip through two states. My wife and I drove in and test drove the vehicle along with another eco-boost model. Sat with the sales rep and was quoted $25,000, which was not only not honoring the $18,428 internet listed price but was $1,000 over the msrp of $24,000. After sending the salesman back to negotiate with the finance manager three times, we left. We were told that although we did have a near 800 perfect credit rating that we didn't qualify because we were not currently a student or active military, did not own a Ford Ranger, and a few other loopholes they placed. They didn't even bother trying to finance for the 0% or drop the price one red cent! AVOID. FALSE ADVERTISING. CROOKS!. Internet shopper from OHIO. More

Initially a good experience. Friendly customer service, and a decent price. However, once I got the car off the lot, Morrow Ford never ceased in making every visit there a nightmare. We had a problem with and a decent price. However, once I got the car off the lot, Morrow Ford never ceased in making every visit there a nightmare. We had a problem with the eco-boost engine and transmission system, and the people there completely ignored the symptoms of the problem (grinding when the car shifts), saying the car was "designed that way." When I pushed the issue, they became rude and would make us wait long amounts of time while they "went in the back to check on something." Completely unprofessional and rude. Had to go to another dealer to get the problem fixed. General maintenance was also a chore there, as they would constantly try to push extra "maintenance." Talked with my mechanic about the supposed maintenance problems, and I was assured that they were trying to rip me off. Don't buy from Morrow, they will say anything to get a car to you, but are as rude and dishonest a car dealership as I have seen. More
My overall experience with Adam and Dave was good and I feel I received a fair price on the new F150 that I purchased. They called me the next day after I had taken my truck home and explained to me their mistake and that I needed to come back in to sign. While I'm excited to have received the rebate, as it lowered my payments significantly, I'm disappointed that it was not initially offered to me as it would have more than likely changed my negotiation/down payment. I was also very impressed with Jeremy Glovier’s internet marketing strategies and look forward to attending his wedding. More
I saw the truck on line.& called the car lot. I talked to Gus about the truck & he was very helpful & knowledgeable on the vehicle. when I showed up we looked the truck over & took it for a spin r talked to Gus about the truck & he was very helpful & knowledgeable on the vehicle. when I showed up we looked the truck over & took it for a spin rightaway. the dealership was very nice & clean as I have never dealt with them before. the staff was very friendly & I was on my way in about 1 1/2hrs. I got a great deal & a good trade-in on my old truck.Gus was a real treat.very friendly & helped the purchase move along. I would recommend them to anybody. More
