Surprisingly, Rick C. also works in the financial aspects of the business, and this proved an invaluable resource for a salesperson. I cannot overstate how much easier the process was having a salesperson who understood the financial aspects of the business as well. Bad experience. I spent over an hour trying to get a price on a truck but the salesman was so disorganized that he could never give me a price. Listed internet pricing of $18,428 for 2013 Ford Fusion which was well below msrp of $24,000. It looked to be an excellent deal. Pricing included a $1500 rebate price cut added in or 0% financing for quali which was well below msrp of $24,000. It looked to be an excellent deal. Pricing included a $1500 rebate price cut added in or 0% financing for qualified buyers. Called and inquired about the internet listed price and asked why it was lower than other models. I was not given a straight answer and was told that they offer several rebates for certain qualified candidates. Asked if I owned a Ford before and if I was a college graduate. Salesman added that those were qualifying characteristics for rebate offers and asked to drive in for further details. This was an hour plus trip through two states. My wife and I drove in and test drove the vehicle along with another eco-boost model. Sat with the sales rep and was quoted $25,000, which was not only not honoring the $18,428 internet listed price but was $1,000 over the msrp of $24,000. After sending the salesman back to negotiate with the finance manager three times, we left. We were told that although we did have a near 800 perfect credit rating that we didn't qualify because we were not currently a student or active military, did not own a Ford Ranger, and a few other loopholes they placed.
