My initial purchase of my ford maverick went very smoothly and took delivery first week in May. I just turned about 2900 miles and wanted to switch my oil to full synthetic. I got the "WORKS" which my car required at the time per mileage. Couldn't say all the work was covered not being in the area. Everything went ok.
