Recall and oil change. When the oil is changed, reset the panel back to how the customer had it. I had to go back and get the panel reset, I just could not figure it out. I’ve been fortunate enough to purchase my share of new vehicles in my adult life. In 2016 while shopping for a new Ford F150 I stopped at Ron Lewis in Beaver Falls to look at their selection. Never suspec vehicles in my adult life. In 2016 while shopping for a new Ford F150 I stopped at Ron Lewis in Beaver Falls to look at their selection. Never suspecting that this dealership would be able to meet the price I was looking for. I couldn’t of been more wrong. As a result of an enjoyable conversation with manager Dave Barber and my sales person I Not only left with a vehicle Price I wanted to pay but also left with a Vehicle that had more options then I initially expected to purchase. I am also equally pleased with the service my truck has received since. Keep up the great work and Enjoyable atmosphere and I’m sure I’ll see you at my next new truck purchase! More
Worst possible service EVER! Made an appt. by phone to have my Ford F-150 truck serviced on 12/28/2019. They scheduled for 10 days out, 1/9/2020. I had alreadybeen told by Advance Made an appt. by phone to have my Ford F-150 truck serviced on 12/28/2019. They scheduled for 10 days out, 1/9/2020. I had alreadybeen told by Advance Auto what the issue was and told Ron Lewis Ford, but they only wrote engine missing on work order. I received 3 texts and 3 email reminders of the appt. Dropped truck off the night before because my appt. was for 9 a.m. The service center nor the dealership ever made a courtesy call, so by 2 p.m. I called there. Was told after several minutes that they couldn't find the problem but was assured someone would contact me soon. At 5 p.m. I called again. Still couldn't find issue. Today, 26 hours after my appointment and still no phone call from them, I drove over to find out what was going on! Frustrated, I picked up the truck and left. Once there I could see they had never even taken the truck into the shop. It was parked EXACTLY as I had parked it on Wednesday evening. I brought the truck home, called an Auto Service Center in another town and was told to bring my truck in immediately and they would look at it. Within an hour of arriving I was told what was wrong and they will have it fixed today! Needless to say I will never go to Ron Lewis again even though they are only 2 miles from my home! Horrible Customer Service! More
