I scheduled my vehicle in for service online and had to be contacted via telephone to change the date as their system is not up to date. Even though I received a confirmation e-mail of the new date and req be contacted via telephone to change the date as their system is not up to date. Even though I received a confirmation e-mail of the new date and requested service I again had to communicate my needs at the time of drop off. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I immediately noticed the front parking light was not replaced, even though this is required for PA state inspection and it had passed... This makes me question the other work that cannot be easily reviewed or seen without disassembly. More
Service Adviser totally incapable. Made appointment for part replacement a full week in advance. After dropping off truck SA calls and says can’t find the truck (literally 15 feet from service doors) and d part replacement a full week in advance. Then he launched into a diagnostic-selling ritual that they usually test various systems blah blah blah. The part is broken and needs to be replaced. I made that clear when I made the original appointment. He became defensive and hostile. A complete waste of my time. There are many Ford dealers around and I have already made an appointment at a competing location. They laughed when I told them what happened and said they get many ex-customers from this place. More
Service way better at the Beaver Falls location, then Cranberry Jeep location , they should take a page from BeaverFalls. Your Cranberry Store is not Friendly. My brand new car was there for over a month for a defected transmission. Crystal and Jen were wonderful and even helped when the rental was also defected. The only issue I have is that since I was w defected transmission. Crystal and Jen were wonderful and even helped when the rental was also defected.
