I've purchased 2 cars from this dealership. My first in December of 2019, no problems at all. I don't haggle so it was a smooth transaction. My second car however not so fantastic. I purchased it in August December of 2019, no problems at all. I don't haggle so it was a smooth transaction. My second car however not so fantastic. I purchased it in August of 2020, once again no haggling so a fairly smooth transaction . However I was promised an extra key for the vehicle and never received one. After a few months of being given the runaround (January now) I was contacted and apologized to and told the salesman I dealt with no longer worked there and they would make the situation right. I was told to bring the vehicle to them and they would have a key made for me the following day.. I go the following day to pick up the car and key only to be told that the key was on back order and they would have their key guy come to my home and program the key once it became available. We'll in July of 2021 I took it upon myself to call another Kia dealership and was told they had a key in stock and could have it programmed without a problem. I paid out of pocket for both the key and the programming for a total of $335.50. I've contacted the dealership and the corporate office about being reimbursed since I was promised a spare key but it's now mid August and no reply from either.. This is not how you treat customers, especially return customers. Very disappointed....... More
Sales Staff is great and works with you to get you the vehicle you want. Service is mediocre for who vacuums only the front seat floors and not the whole car. I had to pick my car up after hours from service. Couldn’t find anyone to assist me. One women was on the phone and continued to take one call after another as I stood there for 10 minutes. Finally used my spare key and just left me my car. They still have my spare key and paperwork. No one has called me. More
