In for inspection and tire rotation / oil change. Those were fine. Didn’t receive any info on brake wear or tire depth. Used to get a sheet for this in years past. I felt like I was trying to be taken advantage of with services recommended that were.not itemized for over 1200 that weren’t in the owners manual. Ex. Major fuel system, engine performance, front/rear differential, transfer case, and transmission service. Manual says inspect most of those. Truck not used for towing; wasn’t asked. I’ve had previous issues here, oil reminder not reset, lug lock wrench not given back. Really should pay attention to details with checklists perhaps. I just didn’t feel comfortable with what seemed suspect with all the vague services offered. I politely declined. Someone else’s experiences may be just fine I don’t think the place is terrible or anything but sharing my experiences. More
