Hi your assistant manager Dillen is a very immature man he doesn't care if you lose work or they were to inspect my daughter grand wagoneer 2022 and they said they had 9 recalls and they broke the driver seat and the update did not work and they left the jump drive in the vehicle they said they took pictures that the seat had something on it underneath it and there is nothing on the wires they did it then they said the part would be in and scheduled an appointment and then the part wasn't after a week of waiting she had to cancel appointments and couldn't take her daughter to school this should have not happen i will never come back to your dealership again very disrespectful people you have working in your service department.
