We purchased a 2016 Chrysler town and country, had problems with the transmission since we bought it. They won’t take ownership to the problem. Bait and switch So, as my wife stated in a previous review, they offered us a Jeep, we accepted it, and was set to take delivery. This mysterious electrical problem occurred after we drove it, with a wireless scan tool plugged in, and it showed nothing abnormal on the live data. The reason I am posting is because there is nothing wrong with the Jeep. This is a classic case of bait and switch and these people should be ashamed. Luckily, my wife was smart enough to take a picture of the contract and if I don't receive a phone call or some form of communication, my lawyer, who is also my brother, the BBB, and every forum and auto dealer listing on the internet will have reviews posted on them. And I have a big family to write reviews. And as of 1.15 PM, the Jeep with the mysterious electrical problem is still online, for sale. More

I received a letter regarding the passenger side air bag recall, so I decided to go to CarRight and have it taken care of. I got there early at about 10am. I proceed to hand the recall letter to the technician and tell him I am there to schedule an appointment to have the recall done. He briefly looks at the letter and informs me he doesn't have the parts for this recall at this time. I responded that is why I am making an appointment, for when you can get the parts. He gets annoyed and informs me to call back every month, with no ETA of when he will ever get the parts for this. So I leave and then contact someone from corporate, they promptly inform me that this particular dealership is FULL of IT! They claimed all the parts for this recall have been sent out awhile ago. I decided to check this theory and try another Jeep dealership, Ron Lewis in Cranberry PA. Ron Lewis quickly scheduled my recall work and it was promptly done the following week. The unfortunate problem with this whole ordeal was I had planned on trading my current Jeep in on a brand new JLUR. I had intended on possibly giving my business to CarRight. My plans were even to test drive one of the new JL's after scheduling my recall work. I however was so angry with how this technician blew me off, I just left and never came back. More

The salesperson says he has one exactly like the one I test drove...in the color I wanted. I sign all the papers...they get the vehicle ready...all at closing. I leave the dealership, get 1/2 way home and realize there is no GPS...no electric seats...and a few other bells and whistles of the other vehicle. I turn around and they are gone! It was over the weekend...so I am in the lot before they open. They tell me they sent the paperwork and I can't exchange the car!!!! I negotiated the price for a loaded Compass and got a basic vehicle. So I was ripped off. Today, I go there just needing air for my tires. I was told a 1/2 hour wait. I had a toddler with me so I asked if I could just come back in a 1/2 hour. She said "yes". I come back in a half hour and was told there was 4 vehicles in front of me!!! I know Kelly doesn't own it anymore..this is the 1st time I dealt with the new dealership. Also, I got a lifetime warranty for my Jeep when I bought it. Whenever it gets service they said I could get a free carwash. The only problem.....the carwash is always broken. I also had problems when I bought the vehicle. So...NO..I won't ever recommend this place to anybody. More

With that said, I can only base my review on my experience. I would have to say this was the best vehicle purchase I have ever had. Salesman, JR was knowledgeable about the product and seemed willing to listen to our needs rather than push or pressure us into something we were not looking for. The sales manager Justin, stepped up to insure every X in our box was checked and was more than willing to do what he had to do to ensure our business. Overall, the process was non-stressful and seamless. The actual financial transaction was explained in detail, to where we knew what we were signing, rather than just the normal sign here on the X. Pat was thorough and polite. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to the dealership. Just hope the service is as good as the sales team!! More

When I got There to pick up the car I see it leaving the dealership. I guess they decided to work on it 10 minutes before I got there. When I refused to pay 100$ for nothing I was sent to the managers office ( Phil). I said hello and his reply was "So what you don't wanna pay me?" Didn't really care to hear that I had a terrible experience, and was extremely rude.i have been in the customer service industry for 15 years and If I or any of my employees ever spoke to a guest the way I was no one would have jobs. I will never go back to Kelly Dodge in Moon Twp. (Oh and they claimed they fixed a squeek in my tire and it sounds worse than it did when I brought it in) More
