Brad didn’t care to consider when my vehicle needed returned to me, which was disclosed at check in. It’s almost impossible to get them on the phone, resulting in voicemails left that go unanswered. Regardless, a follow up call wasn’t made before they closed resulting in having to leave my vehicle for an extra day. He blamed it on phone issues, which was very unprofessional. He was very condescending & didn’t accept responsibility for his mistakes. I will not be returning here specifically because of Brad. Front desk was very helpful, but not their problem to deal with in the first place. My rims also came back scratched, cherry on top! More
I have no problems with the dealership or Bill Zivic. My concern is that I had to bring my undrivable brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee into the dealership 3 times before the problem was found. On the first 2 visits , a front end alignment was completed and then the lane assist button was turned off. Both of those visits ended with me being told the computer is not signaling a problem. On the 3rd visit I asked that they drive the vehicle at 65 mph to understand the issue and also complete the recall while they have the car ( which was 6 days). It was not completed. They had to check it and order parts for another visit while I waited. I have never purchased a Jeep vehicle before. I have never had of these issues with a brand new car. I am hoping this is the last of the problems for the lease life of this vehicle. Thank you More
I was very frustrated to spend $227 on a low beam light bulb replacement. I realize it was poorly designed and hard to get to but that is why I brought it in. I would think that your staff would be better bulb replacement. I realize it was poorly designed and hard to get to but that is why I brought it in. I would think that your staff would be better than untrained Utubers and would be able to replace bulb with out taking off the bumper and charging an hour for labor to do so. I also find a .42 cent charge for gloves on the bill is ridiculous. I did purchase this car from your dealership but No car wash was offered after service. I will have a hard time bringing it back for any service to be done in the future. More
