The communication from Kassity was not good on the first day I call her to find out about my truck then she texted me back on the next day I called around 4:00 she texted back on Thursday and Friday I decid day I call her to find out about my truck then she texted me back on the next day I called around 4:00 she texted back on Thursday and Friday I decided not to call her to see if she would call me and she did not so then on Monday I call in around noon and she texted back a question about whether I wanted some stuff done and I declined because you were going to charge me 271 for a light bulb and 661 for a battery I picked up the truck on Tuesday and paid for the work and the lady that helped me had to jumpstart my truck and she that I declined a new battery and I told her that they wanted to charge me over 600 hundred dollars and she said I do not blame you I like the place but communication was bad prices were crazy More

I came in on a Saturday looking for the Rebel X Ram 2025. I talked with salesman Harrison and Joe from finance. Joe stated up front that I would get $5K in incentives and 4.79% interest. I was all in. That was the Bait. Joe worked up the paperwork for us to come in, sign, and take home our new truck. We were so excited! Switch-the paperwork shows 7.99% with a payment of $1250/month. The best part? They would be CHARGING us for the warranty! We would pay for the warranty…the one that comes with every single new vehicle purchase? Not the extended warranty that is discussed at signing, the FACTORY warranty. Wait. WHAT? We were done. We decided to write an email to Ryan Rummerfield (Sales GM) stating everything we experienced. There has been no response from him, which really doesn’t surprise me. Days later, the Service GM Drew called. He had heard that we canceled a service for another vehicle we own and took it upon himself to find out why. Drew gets five stars. Ryan would get zero stars if that were an option.
